M.1 – General Management
Key principles and best management practices. A one-day training for managers at all levels, where participants learn fundamental principles, methods, and tools of successful management in a simple way with many examples. The training focuses on specific activities, methods, and tools that ensure effective management, distinguishing itself from “soft-skills” leadership trainings, which mainly focus on psychological relationships with colleagues.
M.2 – Service Management
If you provide any kind of service, you’ve likely encountered various challenges and solved them using logic and intuition. Service management is globally recognized as a distinct management discipline, with a set of standard processes that enable the establishment of an efficient, transparent, and manageable organization.
In this course, you will learn how to effectively structure service delivery, service centers, and customer support. The program covers organization, processes, roles, SLAs, and tools—everything you need to turn your services into a recognized and efficient pillar of your business.
G.1 – Governance and Strategy
Business strategy involves enabling growth and development in a controlled manner. Portfolio management, finance, operational design, oversight, and improvements are key elements of successful business operations.
This course is designed for executives, business owners, and board members who want to refresh their knowledge of business fundamentals through a one-day training. The program covers the differences between management and governance, the role of processes and metrics, business operations design, and key elements of successful strategic management.
M.3 – Team Structuring
Building team organization and improving collaboration. Learn how to establish teams, develop their competencies and efficiency, organize training plans, measure performance, and maintain effective communication—both within the team and with other teams.
This training is designed for managers dealing with employee turnover, as well as those looking to improve onboarding processes for new employees and the introduction of new portfolio elements.
T.1 – The Magic of Excel
Excel skills for analysis, automation, and reporting. This training teaches managers and analysts how to extract valuable insights from raw data and present them clearly and comprehensibly.
Instead of covering a broad range of topics and functions, this one-day training briefly reviews basic Excel functions, formatting, and tools before focusing on data integration, aggregation, processing, and visualization. The goal is to equip participants with the skills to transform tens of thousands of rows of data from multiple sources into a concise, one-page report that includes all key elements needed for understanding the situation and making informed decisions.
